The apartment was well furnished and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was outstanding for access to authentic Portuguese food, not tourist food, as close as in the same building to the immediate left of the main entrance. The apartment  was centrally located and well appointed, apart from the ensuites. The floor of the shower recess is very slippery  and there  is no grab rail. No shelf or othe facility is provided for one to use for any  product , such as hair conditioner. It also wasn't  clear that the body " soap" was to be used as shampoo. Thirdly, older people of British extraction, may use face washers, otherwise known as "flannels". All of the above are very important to the older traveller. The staff were able p provide a suction mat to be used when showering. It would be helpful to make it known that these are available  on request.

The apartment had an amazing view, beautiful, clean amenities. Luggage storage and elevator available. Welcome gift basket. 1 bedroom and a very comfortable couch bed. Only very minor issue was bathroom door was hard to operate.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Huge rooms in a beautiful restored building in the perfect spot to explore Lisbon. Our apartment no. 24 overlooked Rossio square and it blew us away, it was just such an amazing apartment. The beds and pillows are super comfy, whole place appointed perfectly.  We couldn't believe our luck in finding this place. Communication with host was excellent as well. And thankyou for providing a left luggage space - super handy.
