This beautiful building is the baby of Residentas family. The debut of Residentas in the accommodation of visitors to Portugal dates back to 2012. The dream has come true!
The house that was abandoned, gained new life with all the visitors that passed through there and helped to create what we are today. The building will soon undergo renovation works. But what doesn’t change is our dedication!
The One-Bedroom Apartment in Residentas Atalaia is located on the first floor of a tiny building in Bairro Alto and only accessible by stairs. The neighbors by day are curious, friendly old people at the window and family cafes serving soup to the judge and the bricklayer. During the night the neighbors are the young people, who choose Bairro Alto to have fun and chat on the street.
